Kaye. A. Williams has been an attorney-at-law for over ten years, a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the Hugh Wooding Law School. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature, Upper Second Class Honours.

Mrs. Williams current practice includes the areas of commercial and company law practice in the insurance industry, real estate industry, contract law, mortgages, conveyancing (real property sales and purchases) and in the international business sector advising on use of the various special purpose vehicles. She also has extensive practice experience in estate and succession law, employment law.

She has also served as counsel in commercial and insurance matters for private companies in a diverse range of industries.

Mrs. Williams also has experience in civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial disputes.  In addition to appearances before the Supreme Court of Barbados, her practice in a wide range of cases have included appearances before the National Insurance Tribunal, the Immigration Appeals Tribunal and the Barbados Court of Appeal.

Her portfolio includes banks, insurance companies and international business entities, high net-worth individuals in their estate planning and corporate tax planning, and sales and purchases, midsize to large in the real estate market in Barbados.
